Cost per Accepted Hole Calculator
Calculate defined batch costs per accepted hole, with explicit cost boundaries, local export and a clearly labeled arithmetic example.
Use one accounting period and one currency. Enter non-overlapping charges actually allocated to that batch, then the actual number of accepted holes. This is an editorial arithmetic tool: included costs ÷ accepted holes. It does not estimate tool life, acceptance rate or production performance.
If a machine charge already includes labor, electricity or coolant, do not charge those items again. Record what you excluded. Blank inputs remain unresolved; enter zero only for a charge you have deliberately excluded or measured as zero.
Enter all three charges and a positive whole-number accepted quantity.
Invented arithmetic example: 400 + 1,600 + 250 = 2,250; 50 accepted holes give 45 per accepted hole. These figures are not production measurements or supplier prices.
Your entries stay in this open page. They are not transmitted or saved automatically. Export before leaving; exported results include your inputs and assumptions. This calculator does not reopen JSON exports.
